LLC shall be, and shall be operated at all times, as a not-for-profit organization. Any income received by LLC shall be applied only for the purpose of LLC. No part of such income shall come to the personal benefit of any member or officer.
LLC is an organization of business persons created to generate business for its members through the exchange of ideas, information and business referrals. LLC is committed to uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and is dedicated to assisting its members to achieve success through cooperation, friendship and allegiance. Members are committed to providing quality products and services to customers whenever possible. Members are also committed to attending regular meetings to share ideas, information, connections and business referrals. Members shall, at all times, support the goals and objectives of LLC.
